P2O Services

P2O Services is a mobile service that allows mobile users to participate in active instant messaging with BBTXT chat moderators. BBTxt has developed a complete solution that allows mobile companies to launch this premium SMS service. We also give the clients the choice of using the full in-house solution which consists of the application and moderators or just the moderators if the client has their own application.

Since 2005, BBTXT has processed more than a million SMS message per month and is continuously doing so with more than a dozen mobile companies from Australia, the UK and the USA. We boast of having significant customer retention in the industry.

P2O services comprise a large share of BBTXT’s business. It currently runs on a 24x7 basis with more than 150 moderators covering three shifts a day.

Content Moderation

BBTxt is involved in this global trend in its role as an exponent of UGC Moderation. The role of our Content Moderators is to provide order and adherence to standards set by our Clients. In particular, we adhere to service stringent specifications set down by various regulatory agencies to ensure that order is maintained, without necessarily constricting the content.

BBTxt has been engaged in Content Moderation since 2006, providing 24/7 service competence through full staffing designed to meet our Clients’ demands.

Customer Service

Client satisfaction is at the root of the business outlook of BBTxt. We keep in mind that Client needs are fluid and subject to effectively attending to the interests of their own customer base. As such, we consider our Clients’ customers as our own, providing them with the same level of after-service care and support.

Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are fully conversant in English and have all been trained to keep within mandated response times. BBTxt CSRs negotiate with customers in behalf of our Clients, promoting cost-effectivity while fulfilling both our Client and their customers.

Since early 2008, BBTxt has been providing Voice and E-mail support as part of Customer Service. Our CSRs operate on a 24/7 basis, with our own toll-free number.

Virtual Office

Virtual offices are now seen in the global business community as a suitable alternative to meet rigorous business demands, without incurring excessive overhead costs.

In support of these is our multi-media production arm that services our Clients’ internal corporate communication requirements and external marketing presentations.
