Billboard Text, Inc. (BBTxt), is a Filipino-owned Business Outsourcing Provider with a global reach spanning four continents: Asia, North America, Australia and Europe.
Established in 2003, the company was formerly a joint venture between Philippine and American business interests. Over time, BBTxt charted its own path, with the goal of service market and client base expansion, from pure mobile content provision to enhanced backend business outsourcing.

Company Backbone
BBTXT believes in giving integrated services. Our operations enjoy the robust support of our Human Resources Department (HRD), Quality Assurance and Training Department (QATD) and the Information Technology Department (ITD). These departments together with our highly redundant facilities, form our corporate backbone to ensure Client satisfaction.
Departments
BBTXT operations are ably supported by its Human Resources and Administrative Department (HRAD), Information Technology Department and its Quality Assurance and Training Department (QATD). These departments are all headed by experienced practitioners that come from different specialized industries.
- Competent and satisfied employees are at the core of our operations. Our HRAD is responsible for the company's position as an equal-opportunity employer. Our HRAD facilitates compliance with all applicable labor laws and sees to it that due care is observed in the provision of equitable employee benefits and wages, without putting at risk the welfare of our Clients.
- Our IT Dept. is responsible for the development and maintenance of our in-house P2O and customer service applications. They also ensure that we are running 24x7 to meet our clients expectations.
- Our QATD provides real-time and post-activity monitoring and evaluation of our personnel and processes. It keeps abreast of the latest technologies and quality design systems for maximum compliance with our Clients' specifications. Training workshops with a heavy focus on defining and removing the causes of errors are core to the business management strategies utilized by BBTxt.
Facilities
Our San Juan facility is located right in the center of Metro Manila making it very accessible to our employees. We are housed in a technology building (wireless Telco and satellite provider) that gives us access to a 24x7 datacenter and uninterrupted power with redundant connectivity.
